Include your app version, device, what happened, and the steps that led to it. Never send your password or sign-in codes.

Connect your agents

Sign in with Apple, Google or GitHub. Open Settings → Your devices to connect the Wile app on your Mac or scan the pairing code from Wile on your server. Public videos are available before you connect a device.

Share a video

Use Share to copy a watch-only link. People with the link can watch but cannot approve or reply to your agents. The public feed is curated by Wile.

Report a content concern

Email the video’s share link or title and describe the concern. You can also use Settings → Feedback to us → Public feed in the app.

Your account and privacy

Manage your account in Profile. Choose Delete account to request deletion of your Wile account data. See our Privacy Policy and Terms for details.
